Our Brown & Co. service team wants to ensure your watch is always up to factory standards. However, to guarantee accurate handling of each timepiece, our team can only receive in-house watch brands for repairs.
In-house brands include: Patek Philippe, Rolex, Cartier, TUDOR, Breitling, Hublot, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Norqain, Tag Heuer, and Tissot.
Repair process
The Brown & Co. service team will oversee the repair process, provide updates and return your watch to you as quickly as possible. If your timepiece needs further servicing, the Brown & Co. service team will send your watch out to the manufacturer and provide an estimate on recommended services.
Rolex Authorized service center
As an Official Rolex Jeweler we can facilitate servicing your Rolex by working with an Authorized Service Center for repairs. All watches will be returned with a two-year service guarantee.
